We are looking for reliable and organized office administrative officers to support our day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administrative activities, maintaining records, preparing documents, communicating with clients, and providing general administrative support to management.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office activities.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Coordinate the flow of information within the office.
Maintain ac to curate and confidential client and business records.
Perform data entry and general office duties.

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, or office-related positions is required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft word and excel.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Employment Details:

Position: Full time, Permanent.
NOC: 13100- Administrative officers.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta.
Salary: $21 to $30.
Hours: 9.00-5.00 p.m.
